China and Singapore deepen cooperation to promote the application of ship electronic certificates

Cao Desheng, director of the Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, introduced at the China-Singapore Maritime Senior Officials Meeting held that day that ship certificates are key documents in shipping customs clearance operations.
