Marine ancillary products refer to all marine equipment and devices except the hull, which is an important part of the shipbuilding industry. These products cover a wide range of equipment and systems required for navigation, operation, safety and daily operation of ships. Specifically, marine ancillary products mainly include the following categories: Power equipment: such as ship main engine, auxiliary engine, steam boiler, thruster, shafting, etc., which are the core equipment that provides ship power and power. The main engine of a merchant ship is usually the ship's diesel engine, while the auxiliary power unit is the ship's generator, which provides electrical energy for the ship in normal and emergency situations. Maneuvering equipment: including steering gear, steering gear, autopilot, remote control system, etc., which are used to control the course, speed and attitude of the ship. Loading and unloading equipment: such as cranes, cranes, conveyor belts, etc., used to realize the loading and unloading and transportation of goods.

Smart Community Charging Station
With the aim of improving electric vehicle charging management, enhancing the parking environment, facilitating EV charging, and eliminating safety hazards caused by improper charging practices, our company has specially developed a smart power management device.

I. Performance Parameters and Features:
This device consists of an intelligent power management unit and 10 additional power outlets. The main unit features genuine-and-counterfeit currency detection, with a recognition rate reaching up to 99.9%. The intelligent power management system has ten independent power supply channels (channels 1 through 10), each equipped with its own dedicated display window and control buttons. When the user presses one of the control buttons and inserts coins (or swipes a card), the intelligent power management system will supply power to the corresponding outlet. The operating status and working hours of each channel can be displayed on its respective window. However, when charging an electric vehicle, customers still need to plug in the charger that comes with the vehicle itself.

II. Feature Introduction:
1. The maximum setting time for the smart community charging station is 12 hours, or 720 minutes. This device allows you to manage the power-on duration; by inserting a coin (or swiping an IC card), you can supply power to the corresponding outlet among the ten available channels.
2. The ten-channel charging stations in the smart community are completely independent of each other, each equipped with its own control circuit and overload protection circuit. Therefore, during operation, they will never interfere with one another.
3. It supports both coin-operated control and card-swipe control (card-swipe functionality requires additional installation).
4. The smart community charging station is equipped with power-off memory function. During operation, if a power outage occurs, the station can resume working from the exact state it was in before the power failure once power is restored, fully safeguarding consumers’ interests and reducing unnecessary hassle for the management side.
III. Setup Method:
1. Press the second digit on the digital display panel at the back of the motherboard, and the total number of coin insertions by the host will immediately appear. After pressing the query button again, the buzzer will sound continuously for one long beep, signaling that you have exited the query mode.
2. Press the Set key on the host. The first digit display—1—indicates that you are currently in the first coin parameter setting mode. At this time, the second digit display—6—shows the amount of time added per coin inserted, which defaults to 60 minutes. If you need to adjust this time, simply press the “Data Plus/Minus” key. Each press increases the time by 60 minutes. The device...

The maximum supported duration is 600 minutes. After setting the ninth coin, press the Set key twice more, and the buzzer will sound continuously to exit the setting mode. (For example: If you want to set the first coin for 4 hours—240 minutes—and also set the second coin for 240 minutes, totaling 8 hours, follow these steps: Press the Set key once, then press the “Data Plus/Minus” key to set the second display to 024 and stop. At this point, the first coin has been successfully set. To set the second coin, perform the same operation as for the first coin. For the third coin, set it to 0, then keep pressing the Set key until you hear the buzzer sound continuously, signaling that you’ve exited the setting mode.)
3. Press the “Set” button ten times to enter the power-off countdown clearing mode. To clear a specific circuit, simply press the front-panel button whose number matches that circuit’s sequence number. The countdown will immediately reset to zero, and the power supply to that circuit will be cut off. After completing the clearing process, press and hold the “Set” button again for a few seconds—the buzzer will sound continuously, signaling that you’ve exited the clearing mode.
4. Press the 11th setting key to enable the auto-stop function after the tank is full; press the 12th setting key to enable the overload protection function. Finally, long-press the setting key—when you hear a prolonged beep, you’ll exit the setting mode.
4. Installation Method:
1. After receiving the machine, open the packaging box and you’ll find that the power management system enclosure is equipped with a coin slot (a card reader needs to be installed separately) and a display screen. The rear cover of the enclosure features an anti-theft, embedded design, and includes holes for expansion screws. During installation, simply drill the expansion screws into the wall.

V. Wiring Method:
1. After opening the rear cover of the enclosure, connect the incoming 220V power supply to the residual-current circuit breaker. Connect the live wire of the input cable to the “L” terminal of the residual-current circuit breaker, and connect the common neutral wire of the input cable to the “N” terminal of the residual-current circuit breaker. Connect the live wires of the ten output lines sequentially to terminals 1 through 10 on the terminal block. As for the ten neutral wires of the output lines, join them together into a single 1.5-square-millimeter cable and connect it to terminal 12 on the terminal block. Be sure to use a voltage tester to verify the live and neutral wires of the input cable, ensuring that the neutral wires are properly connected and the live wire is connected to terminal 11 on the terminal block, where it will be controlled by the circuit.
